How to use

Every fighter knows that endurance is crucial in preparing for a fight.  Strength and size mean nothing without endurance. A clinical study done at the University of Oklahoma showed that athletes who took GAME TIME and engaged in interval training - bursts of all out speed for 1-2 minutes - were able to increase training volume 12%, improve VO2max by 17%, and decrease body fat and maintain lean muscle at the same time.

If you want to stay strong as your opponent gasps for air, GAME TIME is for you.  Taking GAME TIME 30 minutes before a fight or training session will increase energy, motivation, and endurance.

How should MMA fighters take GAME TIME?
GAME TIME is a pre-workout, pre-competition formula, so it can be taken at any point throughout the year during training and competition phases. One packet (2 servings) of GAME TIME should be mixed with 8 oz of cold water and taken 30 min prior to an intense workout or competition. However, if you’ve got more than one fight or workout during a single day, don’t sweat! You can take up to 2 packets per day as long as you allow at least 1 – 2 hours between packets.
