PRESEASON is an intra/post workout product.
Use for weight training days:
PRESEASON can be taken during or after weight training. PRESEASON can be drank all at once, or sipped on throughout weight training sessions. Weightlifters will notice fuller, more dense muscles when taking PRESEASON during workouts. When drinking PRESEASON during workouts, be sure to drink adequate water as needed.
Use for competition days:
Athletes should take PRESEASON after their competition, not during. In a small percentage of people, creatine monohydrate can cause stomach discomfort and dehydration if taken during competition.
