Denver Broncos starting tight end and Training Day athlete Tony Scheffler had a stellar game to lead the undefeated Broncos over Phillip Rivers and division rival San Diego Chargers. Tony caught six passes for 101 yards and one touchdown. Tony converted on two critical plays including a 19 yard touchdown pass in the third quarter and a 52 yard catch and run that setup a touchdown to Brandon Stokely in the fourth quarter. The Broncos are 6-0 heading into the bye week and are at Baltimore in week 8.
Former Boise State running back Ian Johnson was signed to the Minnesota Vikings’ practice squad Sunday, a day after he was released by the team.
As a member of the eight-man practice squad, another team could make a claim on Johnson. However, the Vikings, who have three running backs on their 53-man roster, would have the right to retain him, but they would have to place him on their active roster.

The body is a complexed organism created to function like nothing I have ever seen, I believe the problem many athletes face when training this machine they are not adaptive enough repeating the same exercise programs out of the same frontal plain, change it up!
Use different exercises through different plains at different angles with varying speeds and reps.
Sound tough its not simply stated change is great!!! train hard, train smart and always train sport specific, and remember even if you forget to take your pre game or game time prior to workouts take the game time with the post game after workout you’ll thank me when you hit your sporting goal!!!
Gotta love life!!!
I was first introduced to your products in June at the 2009 Teva Mountain Games where I was competing as a recreational climber. The free sample packet of Game Time I was given sat in my car for almost 2 full months.
A few weeks a go I dug it out and started looking through the information you gave me. I also started looking at some of your other products.
See, I have been attempting to do crossfit for my personal work out regimine for about 6 months. However, after doing 1 WOD my body was so sore I could barely move 2-3 days after. This resulted in me getting to the gym only twice a week. Not quite how the crossfit program was designed. So I took advantage of the buy one get one sale at GNC.com, and purchased both the Preseason, and Post Game to help with general muscle recovery, and soreness.
I was reluctant but hopeful that some supplements would be able to help me.
I was immediately impressed with how well your products work.
I did a killer WOD “Fight gone bad” on Thursday (8-6) and took the Preseason and post game after my workout. When I woke up Friday I only had some minor soreness. My legs should have been shot and I would normally be hobbling around for a significant period of time. So what did I do. I went back to the gym for a previously unheard of subsequent day WOD. Again very leg intensive (Rowing - Burpees - and Running) and again took the Supplements. When I woke up Saturday again I was feeling very good. Only a slight amount of tightness and soreness. So I went and did another WOD 25 reps of Deadlifts (heavy leg back work out). I did 3 WOD’s in 3 Days like the crossfit program is designed around, which I have never been capable of doing before.
I have been feeling incredible since starting with your products.
I still have not tried the Game Time more for my own reluctance to use 3 different types of supplements almost everyday than anything, although I am sure I will try it some time and complete the Training Day Trifecta.
Thanks for your dedication to making such great products to help even an average guy like me.
