“I started using Game Time in January prior to basketball games. I was able to push through the fatigue of playing much easier, I wasn’t feeling tired and sore throughout the game from being out of basketball shape as I had experienced in earlier games. I am a lifelong runner and at the age of 44, it has become more difficult to maintain high intensity training runs and gym wokrouts.
