I just had my body fat tested after 7 weeks of training and the results were awesome! When I started taking Training Day products I was 235 lbs. with 12 percent body fat. After seven weeks I now weigh 250 lbs. with body fat at 9 percent. My gains in my core lifts squat, bench, and hang cleans were all up at least 20 percent from my previous max. This stuff is the real deal. I am getting more questions about Training Day all the time. I love the product and can’t wait to see the improvement when the season starts.
